SJC Decision on the Memorial from CCP

By RE Howie Donahoe, Stated Clerk

November 8, 2007 - I have written a two-page summary of the Standing Judicial Commission's (SJC's) October decision related to the Central Carolina Presbytery (CCP) Memorial, Louisiana Presbytery and TE Wilkins. It is available at the link below. Also posted are the official SJC decisions in two cases. The Memorial is Case 2006-2 and is in two parts. Part one is the SJC’s October 2006 decision (pp. 1-9) and part two is the October 2007 decision (pp. 10-13). Case 2007-8 is the Complaint of TE Jones v. Louisiana Presbytery (9 pages). Feel free to call me at 704-907-7479 with any questions. I recused myself from both cases, since the matter arose from our Presbytery.
